  AFC Bournemouth are based in King’s Park in Boscombe, a suburb of Bournemouth. Nicknamed The Cherries, Bournemouth were formed in 1899, and have a long and proud history.    Many great players have donned the red and black jersey, including Eddie Howe, Matty Holmes, Brett Pitman, and Danny Ings.
