Rivalries

Rivalries are an important part of sports. They add excitement to games and create a sense of camaraderie between fans of different teams. In the Premier League, one of the most hotly contested rivalries is between Tottenham and Arsenal, who contest each other in the North London derby. The two sides have been competing against each other for over a century, and their matches are always filled with drama.   The rivalry began in 1913, when Arsenal moved from the Manor Ground to Arsenal Stadium in Highbury, just a few miles away from Tottenham's White Hart Lane. The two sides have had some epic clashes over the years, with neither side ever able to claim definitive superiority.   Tottenham also has rivalries with fellow London clubs, Chelsea and West Ham United. The rivalry with Chelsea began when Tottenham beat Chelsea in the 1967 FA Cup Final, the first-ever all-London final.
