Higher ticket prices is an obvious way, and will be easier to justify during the good times, even if the sharp rises in the price of Manchester City tickets have been halted following fan pressure in 2025.

The former Premier League Champions, Liverpool are charging anywhere from $994 to $1,260 for their season tickets. Despite a 3% rise in summer 2026, Liverpool tickets continue to demonstrate good value for money, especially when you take into account their freeze in 2025 and modest 2% rise in the summer before.
