Everton has five different membership packages that fans of the club can buy – Adult, International, Teen, Junior and Infant. Here are a few other things you need to know about Everton membership packages.
Does becoming a Toffees member guarantee me tickets?
No it doesn’t. The only way to guarantee yourself a ticket for Everton home games is by being a season ticket holder. However, becoming a member will enable you to get your hands on tickets in two different ways.
The first is through priority tickets. For each home game there will be a small range of tickets made exclusive to members. However, you will need to act fast, as these tickets are often snapped up minutes after they are released.
The second is through season ticket resells. If a season ticket holder can’t go to the game, their seat will be offered to members. The amount of resell tickets will fluctuate from game to game, expect fewer resell tickets for matches against Liverpool and the other traditional ‘top 6’ sides, but for matches against some of the smaller Premier League clubs, hundreds more tickets should be available. Resold tickets offer another vital path to viewing Everton in action.
If I receive a priority ticket, will I get to choose where I sit?
Priority tickets will be made available across all four stands within Goodison Park – the Goodison Road Stand, Gwladys Street Stand, Bullens Road Stand and the Park End Stand.
You won’t be able to choose where you choose to sit, as the ticket locations will be predetermined.
Do I need to pay for a ticket once I get one?
Yes. Your membership fee won’t cover the cost of the ticket. Any tickets that you are able to get hold of will need to be paid for in full.
Can the cost of my EFC membership increase?
Like most other Premier League clubs, Everton are always looking at their membership prices and in some cases the club may decide to raise prices. Any rises are usually small. Back in 2020/2021, the cost of Adult Membership was £30, whereas it is now £35.
Across all five membership packages that the club offers, membership renews every season and payment is most often made by direct debit. You will get an email before your payment is due to be paid, this email will inform you of when the payment will be taken out of your bank account and if there have been any increases in cost.
If the club increases its membership fees, you will need to cancel your membership by the preset date; otherwise, your bank will be automatically charged. Payments are usually taken in June.
Can I stagger the cost of my Everton membership like a season ticket throughout the year?
Season ticket prices can be staggered throughout the year, however membership fees are one off payments that are taken at the time of the purchase of the membership.
Can I become an Everton member at any point in the season?
Yes, memberships across all five of Everton’s membership packages are open throughout the season. New members need to be aware that the auto payment is taken in June, so the later they join, the bigger the likelihood that they will need to make two payments reasonably close together if they wish to renew.
Is there a waiting list for becoming an Everton member?
No, if you want to become an Everton member you can sign up and become a member at any point in the season. Purchasing any of Evrton’s five membership packages just takes minutes.
Will becoming part of an official Everton membership package help me get a ticket for Cup finals or away games?
As per the policies of most Premier League clubs, if Everton were to reach a Cup Final, the tickets for the game would be reserved mainly for season ticket holders. Final tickets are awarded on a points basis, and it’s highly unlikely that a member will ever have enough points to qualify for tickets to a Cup Final.
Away games follow the same premise, with a ticket allocation being awarded to those who hold the most points.
Can I get access to hospitality with an Everton membership?
Although there are many perks that come with an official Everton membership package, discounts or the ability to access free hospitality aren’t one of them.
