The waiting list for a Fulham Season Ticket is relatively small. Most people who apply for an FFC Season Ticket are successful and will be contacted after the summer renewal period.
There are a few factors to thank for the short Fulham Season Ticket waiting list, despite the club experiencing a period of success in the Premier League.
The big one is the dramatic increase in the price of a Fulham FC Season Ticket. This has jumped significantly since the club’s last season in the Championship in 2021-22. Now, the most expensive FFC Season Tickets, in the new Riverside Stand, are among the priciest General Admission seats in the Premier League.
So Just How Long is the Waiting List for a Fulham Season Ticket?
Joining the Fulham Season Ticket waiting list isn’t like waiting decades for an Arsenal or Liverpool Season Ticket. When you sign up you’re basically registering your interest, and can expect to be offered a variety of ticket options come June before the new season.
Why are Fulham Season Ticket Prices Controversial?
For a long time, Fulham Season Tickets were remarkably cheap, especially compared to other London clubs. The prices reflected the club’s status, bouncing between the top two divisions of the English League. Things have changed dramatically since Fulham achieved promotion back to the Premier League in 2022 and then consolidated their position in the top flight.
Promotion in 2022 was met with a 10% rise, which caused alarm among the club’s long-term fans. Worse was to come though, because there was an 18% rise for the 2023-24 Fulham Season Ticket.
The price rises for FFC Season Tickets affect new buyers more than long-term holders, who receive lower rates when they renew. However, people have noticed that the price rise for renewals in 2023-24 was equivalent to the price rise for new purchases in 2022-23.
The club responded to the controversy by capping the renewal price increase at 4% in 2024-25 in the Hammersmith & Putney Ends and Johnny Haynes Stand. Still, that’s a 32% rise in three years. The FFC Season Ticket renewal price was frozen for juniors and over-65s in these stands.
How Many Fulham Season Ticket Holders Are There?
For the 2024-25 season Fulham capped the total number of FFC Season Ticket holders at 15,000. Compare that to the stadium’s newly increased capacity of around 30,000 and it’s a low proportion.
See how that compares to other Premier League Clubs in the capital:
Club | Season Ticket Holders | Stadium Capacity |
Arsenal | 42,000 | 60,704 |
Chelsea | 28,000 | 40,343 |
Crystal Palace | 18,000 | 25,486 |
Fulham | 15,000 | 30,000 |
Tottenham Hotspur | 45,000 | 62,850 |
West Ham | 55,000 | 62,500 |
So it appears that, unlike a few local teams, Fulham is targeting fans who show up for one match at a time, rather than making space for long-term supporters.
It could be a way of raising more match-day revenue, as one-off tickets are more expensive per-match than Fulham Season Tickets.
Even more so now Craven Cottage has been upgraded with the new Riverside Stand. This new part of the stadium features a mix of premium General Admission seats and luxury matchday hospitality experiences, all aimed at higher paying customers to boost Fulhman’s matchday revenues.
How Much Does a Fulham Season Ticket Cost?
Even though the price rises have been dramatic, the price of an FFC Season Ticket was low enough before the increases that the current cost compares well to other Premier League clubs.
For an adult, a Fulham Season Ticket costs between £470, at the ends of the Hammersmith Stand and Johnny Haynes Stand, and just over £1,000 on the halfway line in blocks E, EL, F, FL, also in the Johnny Haynes Stand.
Things get much more expensive in the new Riverside Stand, which has a separate pricing programme. Here, adult Fulham Season Ticket prices range from £1,250, for Bronze level, to £3,000 for Platinum Upper. You can check these seating locations with the help of our Craven Cottage stadium seating plan.
In the past it was possible for FFC Season Ticket holders to opt in to a Home Cup Tie scheme and a Fulham Away Season tickets, automatically providing seats for home cup matches and away games, but these were gradually phased out in the 2010s.
How Do I Join the Fulham Season Ticket Waiting List?
Many clubs will make you pay a deposit to join their waiting list for a season ticket, or will include a place in the waiting list in various membership packages. For Fulham FC Season Tickets the queue is almost non-existent, so you don’t have to do much to join.
There’s a form on the club’s website, and you’re asked to specify which stand you would prefer. That’s all there is to it, and you can expect to be contacted as soon as the renewal period is over.
When Are Fulham Season Tickets Renewed?
Fulham FC Season Ticket holders are contacted about renewing their ticket around late April. After that, they have several weeks to confirm that they would like to renew, with a deadline falling after the end of the league season, by the end of May. If you do wish to renew, but want to move your seat, there’s an additional “Seat Move Window”, which runs into June.
Can I Spread the Cost of My Fulham Season Ticket?
Like most Premier League clubs, Fulham offers financing options for FFC Season Tickets, spreading the cost across 4, 6, 9 or 10 months via the club’s finance partner.
How Do I Get Season Tickets in the Riverside Stand?
Fulham’s impressive new Riverside Stand has taken a long time to complete, but will be open to fans in the 2024-25 season. There’s a combination of General Admission seating and hospitality here, with access to exclusive lounges, bars and restaurants folded into the ticket price. The more exclusive Riverside Stand Season Tickets are sold via Fulham’s hospitality team.
You can register your interest on The Riverside section of the club’s website. As of 2024-25 it’s also possible for existing Fulham Season Ticket holders to upgrade to the Matchday Plus section of the Riverside Stand.
Set on the second floor, Matchday Plus is Fulham’s cheapest hospitality package. It comes with luxury seating between the halfway line and penalty areas, as well as access to bars, and inclusive drinks. We’ll talk a bit more about the Riverside Stand in our guide to Fulham Membership.
Buying Fulham Tickets via Resellers
Needless to say, a Fulham Season Ticket isn’t for all Cottagers fans. Many people can’t commit to 19 matches a year, with or without the option of listing a ticket on the Fulham Ticket Exchange.
The Premier League also has international appeal, with many lifelong Fulham fans living abroad and only able to get to a couple of matches a season. In these cases, the smartest option is to buy Fulham tickets on the secondary market.
Ticket Compare lists a range of authentic Fulham tickets for every fixture, from trusted resale marketplaces as well as official club partners.
