Also keep in mind The Embankment (282-284 Arkwright St, NG2 2GR), on the opposite bank of the Trent, a local Castle Rock Brewery pub, with comfort food and locally roasted coffee.

Nottingham Forest Ticket Offices at the City Ground

• The Main Ticket Office is by the main entrance on Pavilion Rd. This facility is open for matchday home ticket sales and enquiries from 9 AM until half-time, reopening for 45 minutes after full-time.
• The Brian Clough Ticket Office is half-way along the Brian Clough Stand and handling enquiries up tol half-time. These windows are open 2 hours before kick-off and close at half-time.
• The Ticket Collections Office is on the angle of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End, with a more limited capacity to handle enquiries. The office opens 2 hours before kick-off and closes at half-time.

Bag Policy

Small bags can be taken into the stadium, but they have to be smaller than an A4 piece of paper, which is the Premier League standard. Carrier bags are also permitted.

Among the extensive list of items not permitted at the City Ground are prams, food, video recording equipment, large umbrellas, glass bottles, plastic bottles larger than 500ml, pyrotechnics, and selfie-sticks.

• The Peter Taylor Stand (Main Stand): Home to the tunnel, Directors’ Box and a lot of the hospitality seats, this is the poshest stand at the City Ground. Drawbacks are the sightlines, which can be affected by columns, as well as the low roof at the back of the stand.

Accessibility at the City Ground

• There are 74 wheelchair spaces here, which is one of the lowest counts by capacity in the Premier League.
• These spaces tend to be low, in the corners of the stands, with less than ideal views, with the exception of the Upper tier of the Bridgford Stand.
• The stadium has a total of 8 accessible toilets, 5 of which are general admission, and 3 in the hospitality areas.
