Face Value AFC Bournemouth Tickets
Adult face-value ticket prices for Bournemouth matches range from $42 to $81 for the 2026/27 Premier League season. The amount you pay depends on where you sit at Vitality Stadium and whether the fixture is placed in Category A, B or C. Match-ticket prices have risen by an average of around $2 for the new campaign.
The most affordable face-value AFCB tickets are generally found in the Family Stand, which occupies Blocks 8 and 9 of the Main Stand, for Category C fixtures. The highest standard prices apply to central Main Stand seats for Category A matches. Adults using the Family Stand must be accompanied by an under-16, with no more than two adults permitted for each child.
Bournemouth’s match-category system works as follows:
- Category A: The most heavily demanded fixtures, generally involving the leading Premier League clubs.
- Category B: Matches expected to attract a mid-range level of demand.
- Category C: The lowest-priced home fixtures.
The exact category is set by the club, so a team’s league position or reputation does not automatically determine the price.
Concession tickets receive a discount against the equivalent adult price, while Junior Cherries aged 15 and under have access to lower junior rates. Any supporter under 16 must be accompanied by, and seated directly beside, an adult aged 18 or over.
General-Sale AFC Bournemouth Tickets
AFC Bournemouth does not require UK-based adult supporters to buy a standard membership before applying for match tickets. You must have a registered ticketing account, and access is usually determined by the club’s Cherry Points loyalty system rather than an unrestricted general sale. Overseas supporters can also join Global Cherries and apply through a separate ticket ballot.
Demand remains high because Vitality Stadium has a small capacity, so supporters with the most home points receive the first opportunity to buy. A typical sales window follows this pattern:
- Tuesday: Initial sale to supporters above the highest points threshold.
- Thursday: First points drop.
- Sunday: A further reduction in the required points.
- Following Tuesday: Cherry Tuesday for supporters with at least one home point.
Each stage depends on availability, and the club confirms the exact thresholds before tickets go on sale. Cherry Tuesday does not guarantee that seats will remain.
Supporters earn home points by buying and attending eligible matches. Selected women’s, academy and pre-season fixtures may also award a point when this is stated in the ticket details, which can provide a route into later Premier League sales.
The AFC Bournemouth Ticket Exchange is another option when a match sells out. Season-ticket holders can return seats they cannot use, with supporters holding at least one home point able to buy any listings that appear. Availability changes throughout the sales window, and seats for the most popular fixtures can disappear quickly.
AFC Bournemouth Tickets | Frequently Asked Questions
How to buy Bournemouth tickets without a membership?
Unlike most Premier League clubs, AFC Bournemouth doesn't require a membership to buy tickets.
That said, home matches often sell out due to high demand and Vitality Stadium’s small capacity.
On Ticket-Compare.com, you can skip the Cherry Points system entirely and buy AFC Bournemouth tickets from trusted resale sites. No membership or loyalty points are needed.
Where is the away section at Vitality Stadium?
The section for visiting supporters at Bournemouth is in the East Stand, in Blocks 22, 23 and 24. With Premier League tickets, this part of Vitality Stadium accommodates just over 1300 travelling fans. For cup matches the away section at Bournemouth can be expanded to hold just over 3000 supporters.
How to get Cherry Points?
You can earn Cherry Points by buying tickets for AFC Bournemouth through the club and attending matches. One match gives you one Cherry Point.
Rather than a Bournemouth membership, the Cherry Points system governs who can attend Bournemouth matches, and the threshold is high for the most popular Premier League matches.
Is it safe to buy AFC Bournemouth tickets on Ticket-Compare.com?
Yes, because we only work with resale sites that we have tested and trust. All of the sites that feature on Ticket-Compare.com offer guarantees on their tickets, and have highly responsive customer service teams.
We pre-vet every site so you can purchase resale AFC Bournemouth tickets with confidence and look forward to the match.
When do AFC Bournemouth tickets go on sale?
You can buy AFC Bournemouth match tickets at any time on Ticket-Compare.com. As long as the match is officially listed whether it’s a Premier League fixture or cup tie, there will be tickets listed on our platform.
Buying from the club’s box office, AFCB tickets always go on sale on a Tuesday, about five weeks before an EPL match. They will normally be sold according to how many Cherry Points you have earned, and the threshold will reduce until the match has sold out.
None of these restrictions apply on Ticket-Compare.com—you can simply find your Bournemouth football tickets and head to the checkout.
